PROVEN MEMBRANE SYSTEMS - NEW ZEALAND

Proven Membrane Systems

Protection. Prevention. Testing. Testability.

Specialist systems for membrane testing, long-term testability, permanent moisture monitoring and damp-proofing applications available in New Zealand.

We do not install waterproofing membranes. We help builders, waterproofing contractors, designers, manufacturers and asset owners test membranes installed by others, make waterproofed areas testable, and detect hidden moisture before small failures become major building damage.

CHOOSE YOUR SOLUTION

Designed for the way waterproofing fails in the real world

Waterproofing membranes are often damaged after installation by later trades, maintenance work, traffic, penetrations, landscaping, reticulation, movement or exposure. By the time water ingress is visible inside a building, the original failure may be concealed beneath finishes, paving, gardens or built-up areas.

01

Testing

Check membrane integrity after installation or during investigation.

02

Testability

Create conductive layers so waterproofed areas can be tested over the life of the building.

03

Permanent Monitoring

Monitor zones and identify where moisture has triggered an alarm.

TESTING

DETEC IntegriScan

Testing waterproofing membranes after installation

DETEC IntegriScan is an electronic leak detection platform used to test waterproofing membranes after installation or during investigation.

It supports membrane integrity testing across horizontal surfaces and roller-based vertical applications, helping contractors and asset owners identify breaches before they become concealed long-term defects.

Test membrane integrity after installation

Investigate suspected leaks

Support handover and warranty records

Reduce unnecessary opening-up

Verify waterproofing performance

Support critical-area assessment

TESTABILITY

Controlit and TruGround

Making waterproofed areas testable over the life of the building

Many waterproofing systems are installed over non-conductive substrates. Without a conductive layer, electronic leak detection may be limited or impossible.

Controlit conductive sheet membrane and TruGround conductive primer create the conductive layer required to make waterproofed areas testable during construction, at handover and later in the life of the building.

PERMANENT MONITORING

Permanent Moisture Sensor

Permanent zoned moisture monitoring beneath critical waterproofed areas

The Permanent Moisture Sensor provides zoned monitoring for moisture once water reaches a monitored area beneath the membrane assembly.

A single sensor can monitor up to eight zones. Linked sensors can extend monitoring across larger projects, with up to 64 zones recommended for practical system design.
